INVESTMENT

What is expected expenses and initial investment?
The Eye Level franchise fee is $5,000. The initial investment range to open a center is $52,318 to $121,650. To qualify as a franchisee, you will need a net worth of $130,000 with $60,000 liquidity. Eye Level offers incentives for signage and furniture reimbursements. The monthly royalty is $36/subject during the probationary period and $32/subject after the probationary period.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED TO OPEN A CENTER?

An education or teaching background is not necessary to run a successful Eye Level center. We are seeking talented individuals who are passionate about providing a valuable service to their community. We look for franchisees who have a strong business sense and great communication skills for networking and marketing in their local area.
As the Franchise owner, you are not obligated to be the Center Director. The Center Director ideally would have an excellent grasp of the education industry, and be able to converse easily on such topics. The Director also oversees the Math and English Instructors, so the Franchisee and/or Director don’t need to be highly proficient in the subject areas.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher
– Liquid assets of $60,000 & net worth of $130,000
– U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident

What training and support do I receive as an Eye Level franchisee?
Eye Level provides comprehensive initial training prior to opening your center. We have Branch offices located throughout the country to support our franchisees. The branches are staffed with Field Consultants who will work with each center to offer advice and support to improve center operations and efficiencies. They also provide guidance and support in instruction and other classroom and student related topics. On a national scale, our Head Office provides Field Support services to the branches, such as Training, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Technical support (for example with our proprietary database system), and Social Media support with Facebook pages and individual center websites.
